Co-Founders
Blazer Consulting Group is a subsidiary of 030 Holding Company LLC, located in Gardner, Kansas. In addition to our founders, we utilize subject matter experts as independent contractors for our engagements as appropriate.
Keith Davenport, MDiv, MPA
Managing PartnerKeith spent 20 years in the nonprofit and public sectors before turning to the private sector as a consultant in 2023. He’s founded nearly a dozen small businesses and acquired two others. He earned his Masters of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary and Masters of Public Affairs from the University of Missouri.
Areas of expertise: organizational change, employee engagement, crisis management, public policy, business acquisitions, human resources, and business strategy.
Jess started her career in public education before leveraging her strengths in operations in one of the largest non-profit organizations in the Kansas City Metro. She took that experience and launched her own virtual assistant and online business management agency, optimizing businesses both domestically and abroad. She earned her Master of Arts from Avila University.
